I agree with a healthy Lagat but not so much with Teg. What has he really done since his 13:04? I know he is starting to get a kick for a big last lap in a slow race but I havent really been impressed by him. He ran 13:28 in Hengelo last year which was his fastest time. He doesnt even have the A standard. I think given Rupps fitness right now he would have a hell of a time trying to beat him in a 5000m.
