he will have to run strong the whole race, maybe make his move BEFORE bekele.
fact is, once bekele goes, hes gone. im sure youve seen his indoor 3000m race where he took off with like 600meters to go, beating kipchoge and several others.
bekeles kick is more of endurance type, its fast as heck, but still not as fast as it could be because the rest of his race is at such a blistering pace. he just gives everything he has left in his kick.
mottram needs to make the same tyoe of move, except stay stronger, taller, and maybe start it with 800meters left, and REALLY hall-butt the last 400meters. by then, bekele will be out of juice.
