You've gotta file those babies down.
Bob's right. A 14 should be perfect for you.

How did you cut out the "truss" on the ST2? I have several pairs and would like not to throw these shoes out.

i've recently re-acquired a case of PF. Normally i wear either the Burn III, the DS Racers or the Puma Belus III. The Belus are way too firm and ended up making my plantar hurt so much i couldn't run yesterday(i tried in the Burn and the pain was too much).
i always find that my running is best when i'm in DS Racers, or wearing Birkenstocks around the house. My only concern with the T4's is the lack of stability. But they seem like they might help PF. thoughts?
sdp: What size are your DS Racers and Puma Belus? How do they fit?
Thanks!
with a hairdryer, heat up the truss to soften the adhesive. you'll have to spend a minute or so on each part that you are heating to get the glue warm enough. then with a very sharp, durable blade, cut the parts that are attached under the outsole first. that is really where the thing is attached. you don't want to yank off the outsole. then, with some pliers, dig under the truss, and pull off sections at a time. you might have to reheat parts here and there. it usually comes off pretty clean.
DS Racers are 12
Belus III are 11.5- they feel big sitting, but running they\'re alright.
por que?
Just got a pair of T3's for $27 shipped. Woooo. Hope these work. and if not, $27 racing flats. WOOOOOO
