Made it look easy, too. Not flashy. Just....dominant.

My god cooper wins in 1:42.7, just moved past arop in the last 100 like he was standing still
Holy moly, he didn’t panic but he ran the entire first 500 wide. Rudisha 2.0 is here.
LUTKENHAUS!!!!
Waaaaaa!!!!!!
and the MB goes crazy! At 500m I said out loud in this cafe I'm sitting in "he could win!" and a bunch of chicks in yoga gear looked at me funny.
Superb performance - what else can you say.
Cooper has still never run a 1:43, back to 1:42 after 1:44 indoors

They call him Lane 2 Lutkenhaus
Whaaaaaaa...
Wow. Good for him! Love this guy so much! And the British guys got it wrong - he didn't just graduate high school, he has one more year to go!

Gosh that was impressive from someone so young and in that field. The way he went past Arop!
Come on Pattison, get on the pace.

Of course. He was the only one with a heart rate monitor. He could check his pacing.

Disgraceful introduction by Steve Cram there for Lutkenhaus. My god that was bad.
1) Falsely said he just graduated HS.
2) Emphasized how he did bad at Word last year instead of winning world indoors this year.
Yeah, dk what Crammer was on…junior year of HS. He beat a few of the guys in the field at World Indoors
Just unreal poise, tactics, and form. Backs up his 142 last year and makes it look easy. Future WR holder!
He’s for sure going 1:41.xx this year. At this point the WR is on borrowed time. Made that 1:42.70 look easy with several meters added running wide for over half the race
Amazing how he ran half the turns in lane 2, must have cost him a half second minimum. Kid's already the best in the world currently with Wanyonyi being unimpressive so far this season.
My goodness, Cooper makes running look easy. He just glides past the competition.
