I'm going to show you the problem. ... in less than 100 words. Then, I'm going to point you in the direction of the answer in another 100 or so words? Fair enough?

That's the problem. As long as you believe you will fail, you will be right. You will quit a promising approach before it has time to be effective. You will refuse to try something that's similar to something you've tried before. In short, you've been a quitter. I understand. It's tough when everything seems to fail, but that attitude is not okay. Regardless, it's water under the bridge. That stops now. Forget about the past, you can't change it.
Here is what should be your new approach:I genuinely feel that if I keep looking at alternatives and keep trying, I will eventually find a solution.
I my 50+ years of competitive running, that approach has worked for me. Here is my personal story. I've been told that I could never run again (1996). I been told by two doctors at the Mayo Clinic that I could never run again due to a different injury (1999). I was told that there was a "100% certainty" I would need spinal fusion surgery and I might have to endure pain just from walking (2024). I've had multiple bouts of plantar fasciitis and a half dozen other foot injuries. I've been on crutches. I've had surgeries. I've had bladder cancer. I'm still running.
Fix your attitude... playing the victim and "poor little me" isn't working for you. Just look at the threads you've started here. YOU CAN FIND A SOLUTION. Just never give up.
