The problem with Reddit is you have to register so you can’t be ask big of a jerk on there. So woke!
Or you get banned for saying very little. I got banned on the /judaism thread on 3 different accounts back around march.
You can get around the bans with a vpn, just like you can here. It just takes a little more effort. Though if you keep posting the same way, they'll just ban you again - so usually not worth the effort.
Nikki Hiltz's girlfriend Emma Gee has clapped back at Colleen Quigley for hypocrisy after Squigs called out Citius Mag for their brazen conflict of interest over Grand Slam Track.
What year is it that when two women argue you can't just say that you gotta say "cat" fight?
Also it's fine, & a good conversation to be having. I was excited when Citius first started up. I thought it could be a better version of a lot of the good things that this website does, but I was dead wrong. They chose not to seriously cover major running events re articles/race recaps. They hype up the same athletes & do the same podcasts any time someone runs decently fast. They're too buddy/buddy with athletes & race orgs imo. I thought they could be productively critical, while hyping up the sport in a positive/civil manner. None of this is to say there isn't space for what they're doing. We live in a world where everyone is an influencer. Just disclose that you're getting paid. Nobody would fault you if you chose to take money to hype up a new series that was supposed to get top athletes paid well. The issue is with trust. Idk what Gee said, but I did see Colleen's post. She's not wrong. I feel like the people defending Citius are missing that there isn't some huge problem. They just should acknowledge who is paying their bills because they front as journalism. This site is relatively clear when they make sponsored posts or encourage shoe deals. It would be bizarre to just act like those things don't matter or have any influence. Again, not the biggest deal. Nobody would be mad had they clearly established the partnership. I feel like the T&F world does this a lot though -- brands/companies working together & not being totally transparent. Citius got caught.
Thank you kindly for this reminder that I'm especially glad to not be slumming on Threads
I actually found out about this on reddit. There's a sub over there that is basically the Shoetuber thread but for women. It's just a bunch of catty fat/slow women talking crap about hot female influencers. I highly recommend it.
probably the 2 weekly mega threads in r/blogsnark. They love citius, hate LR, don’t like Liden/goucher/d’amato, like bromka, don’t like leavitt. Mixed bag on their feeling on the roches

What's the sub?
r/blogsnark ... The healthy living and Runfluencer thread and the sports one are both good for a laugh. They call letsrun "the yellow sewer"
Emma's post seems to be deleted, anyone have what it said?
Sit this one out. Remember when you asked someone leaving your "group" to return $400 of fundraiser money and free gifts you got from brands after failing to fulfill any of the very public promises you made to said athletes? You aren't in any position to lecture anyone on business ethics.

I’ll add they love Hiltz/Nuguse but hate Cole Hocker
Why would anyone hate Cole Hocker? He's a modern day Jesus. Like what has he ever done that is controversial. All he does is keep his mouth shut and win gold.

1 - he was labeled as antivaxx
2 - he and his friend cooper teare wear really weird wide pants
3 - he was one of the faces of the New Gen group that was cancelled
I forgot they were involved in New Gen. Didn’t seem like Cole and Cooper caught much heat for that though because I don’t think they were in attendance of the camp that blew everything up though
