The simple workaround is to create a Diadora Elite team with tiny NIL deals and give five 4:10ish kids some gear. Then if one of the guys breaks 4:00, you can make pr/ad materials around the event, and compensate the athlete for the photo shoot.
The way it is now is basically a bribe to get kids to race in their shoes.
