The ONLY person who refused to release the files was not Donald Trump but JOE bIDEN. He REFUSED to release the files.

No, Congress has voted to release them. Trump could have done it all by himself and I believed he campaigned on it. Once he realized Congress was going to vote to release him, he changed his tune. But no one should get too excited. Trump will get Bondi to open an investigation and they'll be able to legally limit which files are released.
