Nickle-Dimed retailers are collapsing all over.Cops making $400k/yt with overtime, UPS drivers $200k/yr, Franchise CEO $1Billion/yr, Cable Guy $200k/yr, Bus Driver 100k/yr added sales tax, import taxs, franchise fees, st imcome tax, fed incone tax. Not worth beinf a retailer anymore.
Wendy's did have higher quality food back in the late '70s, early '80s and I did enjoy the triple, as well as the apple dumpling. The quality relative to other places at least went way downhill after Dave died. The prices were still good and I still like the triple, but places like five guys, in'n'out burger, and Portillo's, and many more are way better. Don't even talk to me about Culver's, which is terrible and makes you wait a long time for food. But the prices on the better places have become insane and so I do the smarter thing and make my own lunch and avoid the fast food places most of the time.

Survived on 4 dollar all you can eat salad bars in college during early 80s and 1 dollar sour cream and chive potatoes and bowl of Chile was my fave cheap lunch when making $20 bucks an hour into the 90's.
I don’t know what moran decided it was a good idea for fast food restaurants to charge $15 for an incredibly poor quality meal but they’ll reap what they sow. I’m glad that going and buying groceries or even grabbing some healthy food out somewhere is cheaper than fast food now. Not even tempting to buy it anymore.
Muslims may eat at Wendy's, but they must choose non-meat options because Wendy's does not serve halal-certified meat. Many Muslims who strictly follow halal dietary laws will avoid Wendy's due to the lack of halal certification and the risk of cross-contamination with non-halal ingredients. Those who choose to eat there would typically order items like salads without meat, baked potatoes without bacon or chili, fries, and other vegetarian or non-meat-based products.
I’m surprised. Normally guys as conservative as you are love fast food and defend it with almost ingenious verbal gymnastics. You’ll go on about how the unhealthiness of fast food is some kind of liberal communist conspiracy and that there is no evidence that’s it is unhealthy and yada yada. Are you feeling okay?
