Lowell is another one that is far over the XC roster limits (have 30 on roster right now) and might not be recruiting much over the next few years.

I had 2 previous athletes run for Memphis and Valparaiso coming out of Juco. Neither had overly impressive credentials but are doing just fine there.
Reach out to small D1 schools. I run at Duquesne and if you reach out freshman run all the time.

A 2:16 800 and 4:46 1500 aren't too bad. In northern California, even a school like UC Davis, St. Marys College (CA) or Santa Clara U might have a roster spot for you.
U of p just started a program. Nevada is weak and doesn’t have track so can use all their scholarships on cross although the program shows no ambition
