Honestly, Boulder is great. It’s a quick drive to Denver where there are lots of jobs and it’s like the number #1 place in the US for working remote. It’s also a very quick drive to Denver International Airport.

you definitely do not live in denver. the exact opposite is true. that eastbound exit onto wadsworth is always screwed meanwhile westbound traffic is about as free flow as it can be most of the time. all the jobs are in denver dingus
Everything about Denver is better than Boulder including the running...Wash Park, Highline, Waterton, Cheesman Park, and Sloan Lake are all better than anywhere in Boulder.
waterton isn’t in denver. cheesman park is a terrible place to run, sloan lake is painfully average, only wash park and highline are decent shouts on here and there are still several far better choices in boulder
Riiight…Davidson Mesa and The Res are both hot, windy deserts with no babes. Who the hell would wanna run there? No wonder all of the pro runners in Boulder struggle with depression and then go senile. They’re stuck in an eternal summer camp and do nothing except jog around.

look, i am no boulder apologist, heck i don’t even live there, but davidson mesa and boulder res are pretty damn decent long run spots that are in civilization hence why you actually see runners there. also you will see 100x more women running outside in boulder or golden than in denver

Boulder’s become filthy and overrated. The city’s crawling with trash, homelessness, and neglect, yet it still pretends to be some perfect mountain paradise. It’s overpriced, grimy, and nowhere near as special as people make it out to be.
