i await the other half of the story. the cecot dump was supposed to be all criminals. then turned out only some criminals. then turned out they sent a guy with a court order not to deport. i assume if this guy had a removal order but isn't gone that it got appealed or stayed or something, that of course they won't mention, as their version is always one sided, leaves out key details, and is thus unprofessional. law enforcement is not supposed to fib or spin stuff like case status.
they were parsing "right to work" on those georgia koreans the other day. like they had a right to be here and perhaps even work a period of time. they were trying to make that into illegal. which is more complicated.
that being said, if he's of temporary status and he resisted arrest and led a car chase he's going bye bye.
