I remember that well. Strong USA team that finished over 5.5 seconds clear of 2nd place.

I would suggest otherwise.. a world class 400m runner should have no trouble doubling back with 24 hrs rest…. Our best four could/should have been out there in the trials… of course, as we see, there are other factors in play here… some, unfortunately, political.

I’m interested to see how Keeley runs this. Is she gonna make it a 1:54 race with a 56-57 start or is she gonna let someone control the race first lap and then take control and close hard 2nd lap.
