Laros will take gold. In 2023 he raced for the win and would have medaled if he wasn't an 18 year old with very limited fitness (I think his 5k PR at the time was 13:24). Last year he took 6th in the Olympics despite an injury filled season with many disruptions to his buildup.
This year he has the speed, the strength, the fitness, and most importantly, the balls to pull this off.
