Africans dominated as soon as EPO became available. There wasn't a half-effective test for it for years. There was no anti-doping agency in Kenya. As soon as the ABP started nabbing people and the ADAK was formed in 2016, they started to decline and non-Africans started winning again (and literaly hundreds of Africans - especially Kenyans - got busted. To any rational person that would at least suggest that African domination in the EPO era and their decline since 2016, is doping related.

You have an oversimplified view of things, that's really all that can be said. It might be hard for you to fit this into your worldview, but there are cycles that aren't all drug cycles. You'll say all the counter examples to your point like Tim Cheruiyot, Faith Kipyegon, Mary Moraa, Jacob Krop, Emmanuel Korir, Ferguson Rotich and Emmanuel Wanyonyi are drug cheats/protected. The numbers of Kenyan running the usual benchmarks of sub-13, sub-3:30 and sub-1:43 is really rather consistent. This is the glory age of American distance running, and we didn't get good because the continent of Africa stopped producing good runners. Only a simpleton thinks that when Brits were regularly running 3:29-30/1:41-3 and so on in the '80s that Africans being good in the 90s and 00s made it impossible to run 3:32.
