Melody Fairchild (the course recordholder) had a really strong finish even her first one in 1988, she came from far back to take down the person in second position and finish second behind Celeste Susnis (I wonder what happened with Celeste and Christi Constantin)

Jordan Hasay and Kathy Kroeger are part of a select group of runners who qualified all four years of high school. After winning as a freshman, Hasay finished 10th, then 3rd, and then won a second time. Kroeger finished 16th as a freshman, then 1st, 2nd, and 6th.
Other four-year qualifiers I can think of:
- Marie (Mel) Lawrence - 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, 5th
- Jorge Torres - 13th, 5th, 2nd, 1st

There are several more girls who qualified 4 times. i know there was a list on the FLXC website but cant find it now.

Thanks for sharing some really cool stories and races. I never ran at Kinney but somehow have a cloth backpack that says Kinney Great American Shoe Store “I’ve got G.A.S.S. for my feet”
The backpack is pretty basic by today’s standards but could be used as a spikes bag. I was curious if it might be worth something but I found some cheap ones on eBay.00 -

That's an old list. There are quit a few more girls that have run Foot Locker Nationals 4 times. Just this past year Zariel Macchia and Abby Faith Cheeseman did it.
