Give me a thousand years, and I will never understand this perspective. If Lutkenhaus wasn't tired, why didn't he win the race?
I imagine you'll say he was going slow on purpose to throw people off the doping scent somehow, which clearly didn't work since he ran a three-second PB of 1:42 and apparently did such a bad job pretending to try hard that "only a fool would see how he wasn't tired".
And also, why are you even here if all you're doing is casting aspersions on our most talented athletes with no evidence whatsoever?
He wasn’t a strong enough runner in the 1500 for one.
He is the greatest 800m runner in history. He didn't need to run the 1500 to achieve that.
See how thick Army is? The guy’s post went straight over Army’s balding little head. Like someone else said, part of Army’s problem is his being a contrarian just to be a contrarian. What a strange existence. His childhood and adolescence must have consisted of ceaseless embarrassing incidents, one after another. No doubt he’ll stop by for a snarky remark and then sit back and and cry himself to sleep. Alone. As always.
We're getting ahead of ourselves, but another thought I had is that if Cooper breaks 1:40 in his career, he would be the first athlete to run 20 seconds faster than 60 second per 400m pace
In still confused as to the meaning and potential significance of this 😀

So how does Lutkenhaus beat 1:40.91? And what shows that a 1500 runner - which he isn't - can go sub-1:40? Or is it only me that you like to talk about?
