I hope she comes back better than ever. It sucks that female athletes feel like they have to choose between their career and motherhood. Hopefully ESP shares her wisdom and teaches other athletes how to do both.
Somewhat clairvoyant. Talent doesn’t go away. Syd will more than likely do the same.
Based how good she was in 2024, I’m pretty sure would be top 3 in the US in either the 5000 or the 1500 or if she was runningjj this year. In the 5000 I’d pick Jossette, Elise and Elle. In the 1500 Nikki, Sinclaire and Elle.
None of those 3 will make it.
Agree. Depends when. This year yes. In fat Elise and Elle are still the favs. Starting summer of 2027 none of these will be a factor especially in the Olympic year.
She never was anywhere near the top regardless of how many times she tried to physically wrestle her way to the front.
She ain't Brenda Martinez- throwing elbows, blocking every lane and causing pile ups on the track. The women's 1500 is a much safer place since she left the scene.
Elle was fine. Wait until Hurta Klecker comes back with her elbows. Knocking everyone into lane 2

Maybe a billion women have made the choice between career and motherhood, but St Pierre has unique insight to share?
I’m going to guess she makes the 2027 and 2028 teams (can’t yet see 3 runners beating her). She’ll show she’s back with a blazing mile at 2026 Millrose.
I’d rather her be in the 3000 At Millrose. She’d be the winner by far
