I'd like to think Ryan Hall was clean. At this point I'm doubtful.

WADA statistics show that only about 1–2% of urine and blood tests annually return a positive result—often much less than that in athletics specifically. Meanwhile, independent surveys estimate that 10–40% of elite athletes may be doping. That implies as many as 80–90% or more of dopers are not caught by testing.
I'd like to know Jordan Hasay was clean for her fastest Boston and Chicago.
Though technically the inhaler and the blue tongue might count as clean, I'd like to see a list of other grey area tools she was ok with. And when she started using them.

What is the blue tongue??
I think it would be great if all TUEs had to be publicly disclosed.
gabby thomas her body is perfect as it is
Kipchoge because he's had a positive influence in promoting running and testing human limits that goes far beyond his own results.
Hassan for similar reasons, she has a curiosity and daring that is inspiring. Unfortunately, I tend to think she's tainted by her connections to NOP/Salazar. But if she were clean it would be an outstanding thing.
I'd also be disappointed by doping being uncovered in any of the athletes that have been outspoken about the importance of clean sport. Paula, Eilish McColgan, Kara Goucher, Emma Coburn for the women. I'm less aware of prominent male athletes who have put themselves on the record in this way but there must be some. Unfortunately, the Lance Armstrong experience shows that outspokenness doesn't mean anything in of itself, I'm sure some back their words up with their actions but it's unlikely to be universal.

I can't believe there are people saying Kipyegon and Rudisha lol, I've got a rock to sell you
First off the two aren't comparable. Second off Rudisha is the least suspect athlete and least suspect performance on the books. Yes, I really hope he's clean, and I'm quite confident he is. His time at the top was pretty short, right when it should have been, coached by brother Colm, and he is the most beautiful runner ever.
Every single athlete mentioned on this thread has used PED’s
To be honest any 50+ year old in the local USATF races. I’m sure there are a decent number and using PEDs to try to win at this level is just sad.
I am convinced most top guys over 50 are on TRT.
personal opinion is many guys over 50 would benefit from a nonathletic standpoint.
And almost every woman over 40 would benefit. Older guys, if your wife is cold in the bedroom I suggest TRT and romance novels. You and your wives can thank me later.
Justin Gatlin
Sedjati.
All the young phenoms like Quincy Wilson, Ingebrigtsen, Laros, Kessler, and Myers.
I also hope Phanuel Koech is clean but seeing how he popped out of nowhere and is likely not 18 I am like 80% convinced he's doping in some way.

He's supposed to be 18. Nope. No way.
Call me naive but I like to think that most pro's who are passing their tests are clean. there are those with extreme improvement curves and sudden drops in time that I'm pretty confident aren't clean, but I would prefer to believe that most of the pros are actually clean. its what allows me to enjoy the sport.
Hicham El Guerrouj; Alan Webb; Jakob
Nozomi Tanaka
Hassan, She looks dodgy but I love her personality and attitude and I really hope she is clean.
