Is that data including the winter Olympics? If so, it doesn't surprise me. A lot of Nordic skiers are on asthma medications because of the toll competing in the cold has on the lungs.

a lot of nordic skiers are on asthma medications.....because its the dirtiest sport in the world.
Could reveal a tally of TUEs approved without revealing the substance (which in some cases could reveal an athlete's diagnosis which isn't okay).
A record of all missed tests should be public as well.
And then someone like Alistair Brownlee appears on the list with a TUE with no context, and yourself (and the others that we've seen on this thread) will condemn him as a doper.
Yes, I agree that a number of things you can get a TUE for are performance enhancing, but I would dispute just how enhancing these things are.
Nobody is making any discernable improvements armed with just an asthma inhaler, that's insane. People are talking like it's the same as a Kenyan and their free for all EPO use.

So cute, defending the white Brit and attacking the Kenyans. Never change.
TUEs are a red herring anyway, we saw that with the Fancy Bears TUE list. Most of them were completely innocuous.
Citation?
There’s a difference between criticizing the TUE system and assuming every athlete with a TUE is cheating. Some sports genuinely have higher asthma rates because of environmental exposure and training conditions. That doesn’t automatically make every exemption fake. At the same time, transparency around TUE approvals probably should be stronger to maintain trust. What weakens the discussion is when it turns into “leftists,” race arguments, or blanket accusations against entire groups of athletes without evidence. If people want to argue that the system is abused, then point to data, inconsistencies in approvals, or suspicious performance patterns — not political buzzwords.
In other news, 25% of TUEs in swimming are among American and French athletes.
Is this data available for track and field?
Public disclosure of TUEs should be a requirement for T&F participation. However, USATF Masters recently rejected a rule change request requiring such disclosure for masters athletes. Secrecy should no longer be tolerated. But it is.

And HIPPA is no excuse. If you want to compete, disclose.
