1. Plan A, Objective #1: Run 8 laps at 73.x sec/lap and be reasonably comfortable at 8 laps. If not reasonably comfortable finishing first 8 laps in 9:45-9:47 (i.e., 73.x sec/lap) then throw a sub 15:10 (Plan A) out the window, and try and PR (Plan B.)
2. Plan A, Objective #2: Run lap 9, 10 and 11 at 72sec/lap (i.e., ratchet it up a notch).
3. Plan A, Objective #3: Run lap 12 at 71sec/lap (go hard and pour it out).
4. Plan A, Objective #4: Run last 200m in 35.5sec (or less, pouring it all out).
The live results are not showing splits, so is anyone watching this live willing to provide live splits on this thread?😁
