i hope shelby has a good support system. getting hate from people who don't know you is one thing, but not having anyone to support you and celebrate would be quite another level of sad.

Houlihan looked super nervous on the line. Outkicking Jess Hull after the season she had last year(despite a rocky indoor season) is kinda crazy, but her signature kick could be coming back.
Like her or not, hard to see her missing the 5k team this summer.
Also excellent run by Morgan, thought at the bell she had momentum to catch up to Shelby and Jess, but I think they timed their kicks different.

Similar sentiment…….the relief/joy Shelby probably has at being able to come back and compete well nationally and internationally must be immense. She could’ve just hung up the spikes.
