no, dude, someone on a green card was not on orders for removal. the two are at odds.
on the venezuelans as per typical you are making a self serving assumption. i would think if x number of the deported were on removal orders we'd have heard that. why would they leave out such a useful fact if true? we have heard no such thing. so i assume the opposite. they did not like these folks. they wanted them gone. but they couldn't be bothered with the legalities.
i am sure one reason they're not getting process is we might find out that while one guy was a gang member another one was some kid who just happened to be sitting out on the stoop talking with him when ICE arrived. there was some of this happening at gitmo if you remember.
But, wait. He said he was "pretty sure". Does that count for NOTHING?
Meanwhile, you have absolutely no idea but you're certain....
when i say gay books in a library, IMO with the libraries the idea, deep down, is to defund public libraries. public libraries are quiet places and generally beloved insitutions. to get people to defund something they have liked, you have to make them hate the place. so they are going "gay book hunting at the library." they rile you up about the one gay book at the library then start working on you to defund the whole thing. so they don't have to pay taxes. which has very little to do with the one book that causes the fuss. they just don't believe in public schools or libraries or other public goods funded with taxpayer money.
to me DOGE's purpose is to gut whole agencies while pretending to audit them. after he guts a whole agency that couldn't have been doing complete junk, he hands the right wing some story about one piece of work or aid. the idea is to appeal for easy laughs or outrage to justify the whole cut. except that one piece was usually a fraction of the agency. it doesn't explain why the whole place needs to be rubble.
and what's worse, many of the after the fact justifications aren't even true. so the red meat tossed to the crowd was like painted red. but if the agency is already rubble it's over, and the left aren't the ones falling for the fish stories over and over.
i don't know why i can read a little right wing stuff to round off my knowledge of less-reported stories, or get an idea how things are being presented to you, but you can't tolerate reading the many many many refutations of what you believe from the centrist media?
Neither are citizens. Visas can be revoked at any time. Are you seriously whining that the doctor at Brown who went to the Hezbollah leader's funeral wasn't allowed to enter??
I am just shocked to find that you don’t know what you’re talking about!

you don't get it. we do things transparently through courts. when done transparently through the courts the media and public get to watch. we know what they are charged with. we see the evidence put on. a decision is reached and we can argue if it was fair.
you're like, well you don't know the truth exactly either. EXACTLY. no one does. this is black site rendition stuff. no charges. no evidence. they put you on a plane. they spout some vague excuse to the media which you then take however you want.
repeating myself, i don't want actual illegal migrant gang members running around. but the way this was done there's no process proving that. The King Said So and that's it. the king has been convicted of fraud, is routinely full of crap, so i don't trust his retelling of events on ANYTHING.
example, there is a massive yawning gap between, say, supporting palestine, which should be free speech, and backing terrorism, which i would have a problem with. you don't get to conflate the two, issue some spin, then deport people you don't like.
to me that's why it's important we do process. get down to specifics. what's the charge. what exactly did they say or do. can you prove it. as we saw with the 2020 election, most of trump's conspiracy theories hold no water when tested in court.

which is why y'all hate the courts.
Transparency doesn't mean posting the removal orders on BlueSky....
These people are illegal aliens. Their crime is being in the country illegally.
They can all be removed. The courts provide the removal orders and ICE executes those orders.
You're pretending to be upset about a process you know nothing about because your cult told you you should pretend to be upset.
Let's be clear about what is happening right now. Trump is attempting to use a wartime law from the 18th century to get around these pesky rights the constitution affords ALL people in the United States. The last time this law was used, Japanese people were rounded up and put into internment camps for absolutely no cause.
Only the most dire circumstances could justify the use of this authoritarian law. Is the Tren De Aragua gang an existential threat to this country? Obviously not. This is gross, indefensible overreach. The American people can have ZERO confidence that the people being stuffed into airplanes and sent off to El Salvador are actually members of this gang. We're just expected to take the demented, criminal Tangerine at his word that everything is operating above board. The people being kidnapped could be American citizens, they could be political dissidents. We don't know because they've gotten rid of Due Process/the 5th amendment.
Everyone involved in this blatantly anti-constitutional scheme belongs behind bars. THEY are the existential threat to this country.
If a President doesn’t have the right to throw murderers, and other criminals, out of our Country because a Radical Left Lunatic Judge wants to assume the role of President, then our Country is in very big trouble, and destined to fail!
You're providing an opinion on a legal decision that you never even read.
No person, president or otherwise, has the right to bypass due process. All humans in the country, even if they are here illegally, are guaranteed their constitutional rights. The MAGgots seem to think illegal aliens have no rights. What a terrible world this would be if that was true.
The ILLEGAL aliens literally have no right to be in the US.
You are a moron.
The Constitution refers to PEOPLE, not CITIZENS. Therefore, even people who entered the US illegally are entitled to Constitutional protections, including due process, while under the jurisdiction of the United States.
Glad to see you’re as uninformed about Constitutional Law as you are about everything else you post about.

The federal government absolutely has the capability to remove murderers and criminals. We don't know who the people are who were on these flights to El Salvador, but it is most reasonable to assume that they were people with active asylum claims and temporary status that made them NOT subject to removal under any normal application of federal law. We can assume this because the president invoked special powers conferred by the Alien Enemies Act in order to initiate this process. Lawsuits were filed on behalf of the people subject to this order, and a judge issued a temporary restraining order while reviewing the merits of the lawsuit. The Trump administration appeared to openly defy this restraining order.
Pretty good read on the legal process that is unfolding:
These judges need to be impeached. People who put their political ideology above the law have no business being judges in a civilized country.
This president needs to be impeached (and then beaten with a bat). People who put their political ideology above the law have no business being president in a civilized country.
In fact, even Trump agrees what he's doing is illegal and should be punished.
"I believe they are playing the ref, they are constantly criticizing some of our greatest judges and justices." "I really think it's illegal what they do with the judges and justices." "Remember the term, playing the ref with our judges and our justices should be punishable by very serious crimes and beyond that."
