A woke judge weaponizing the judicial system. The time will come when Trump won’t follow judges’ orders, and it’ll have arisen from woke judges ruling based on politics.

Please tell us, Trump humper, how ICE kidnapping and attempting to deport a legal resident for the "crime" of criticizing Israel is not blatantly unconstitutional. This has nothing to do with immigration. It is one the most obvious and sinister violations of the first amendment of our lifetimes. If they can abduct legal residents, they can do it to citizens. This is absolutely the purview of the justice system and anyone who says otherwise is fascist scum.
This is complicated. I have yet to see what crime he is charged with that led to his detention. There is some language in the law that might allow for him to have his green card (not a visa---a visa can be revoked pretty easily) revoked, what I have seen that seems like a stretch.
An allegation is that he is pro-Hamas. Not sure just being pro Hamas should be a crime even if it is a terrorist organization. Has he done anything to aid them in any real way?
He seems anti-Semitic. As bad as that is to me, it is protected (up to the point of actually endangering a person). If he has trespassed (which it appears is the most actionable thing) then he should be prosecuted for that, but I am not sure that alone that is worthy of kicking him out of the country either.
I am a big believer in 1A (something many countries do not have that makes the US exceptional) and protesting is ok even when I don't agree with it.

I was tired of the Palestine protest taking over my campus - so I’m completely fine with it.
But why do people have to show loyalty to Israel over America?
I want to organize two protests at Columbia this weekend:
1. Anti LBQT
2. Pro KKK
Will I be allowed to do it? Or will I be shut down?
I’d bet you’re allowed to do it. I’d bet your also yelled at by a lot more people than you bring to your protest. I’d bet you would then demand the government suppress the free speech of everyone who yelled at you.

There was a proKKK rally in Charlottesville. It wasn’t shut down. The ACLU defended their right to hold it. (In court). And the president said there were very fine people there.

This country needs a reset and I do not care what a woke, commie judge says. I really do not. This is Trump's country. Call it autocracy, if you want, but he gets what he wants.

Hmm. Reset. That's sounds vaguely familiar.
Is this just muscle memory on your part? You know, from the days your kind were in a paranoid lather about an alleged "Great Reset", courtesy of authoritarian lib globalists?
You don't mind anti-democratic "resets" when they suit you, and when you don't think you'll ever be a victim.

Uh-huh. Donald Trump is good friends with a former KGB head, and shares "love letters" (his words, not mine) with North Korea's boss. If you truly disliked communism, you would have voted for Kamala Harris.
Truth is, you don't even know what the word means. It's just a generic insult for you. Whereas I know very much, since I have ancestors who died in the Soviet gulag. Don't diminish their sacrifices through your thoughtlessness.

Why are we talking about this as just a protest? Many of these protests are very aggressively blocking and occupying buildings as well as calling for violence. Protests are legal and no one is stopping legally conducted protests. These arguments are similar to the ones lefties make about immigrants. The problem is not legal immigrants. Trump has and continues to welcome legal immigrants. Illegals? Not so much.
It is possible, normal even, to oppose both Genocide’s.
It is also not unusually that people are spending more time discussing the current Genocide than one years ago.
Left out the fact that the "war on terror" US fightd in the ME is ordered by and for the benefit of Israel.
Read "A Clean Break".
Did you miss the part that Osama Bin Laden took credit for Al Qaeda's attack on America on 9/11? Unless you are suggesting Bin Laden was sent by Israel which would be a new level of crazy even for you.

If the government thinks Mahmoud Khalil has committed a crime, he should be charged with one. He is a legal immigrant (permanent resident in fact) and is currently being held without charge.
