Having guys you paid to be expert witnesses in your lawsuit saying "they must be discriminating because there are more African Americans and Hispanics than we want and not as many Asians as we want" is not proof of racial discrimination. It's an example of racial prejudice.

Do you not understand it? They admitted that they had to use affirmative action to get the quotas they wanted, which they phrased as a 'diverse class'. But then the affirmative action was banned and the demographics didn't really change. So it's obvious they still use affirmative action to discriminate against Asians and, to a lesser extent, whites.

Why don't you support merit? Why should lesser qualified people be admitted due to fulfilling DEI quotas?
MIT stopped using affirmative action and here's how their class changed:
Asian: 40% to 47%
White: 38% to 37%
Hispanic: 16% to 11%
Black: 15% to 5%

There are Asian gangs. I taught a kid who killed 2 people in a Chinatown restaurant then killed himself. But for the most part few kids in the specialized schools, regardless of ethnicity, are gang members.
