I would do this if I did not have to deal with the effects of the mileage / all the little things. As some other posters have noted, running this much makes you so tired the rest of the day and requires you to get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. Additionally, the stretching, drills, rehab, etc. that goes into staying healthy takes so much more than the 12 hours of pure running.
But, if all I had to do was just run the 100mpw and not all the other stuff (granted this would be for a maximum of 6 months), then yes.
