I agree with your sentiment that it is not racist to discuss Fred's past history, but whatever that may be it should not have any impact on analyzing the recent incident with the cops. It is clear that he did not assume an aggressive fighting stance like law enforcement claimed he did, and just being a "huge jackass" does not warrant cops initiating force with Kerley. With this said, I don't believe race had anything to do with this incident. Plenty of videos available online of police using intimidation tactics and giving commands that aren't supported by case law to white people, and then completely freaking out when not obeyed.

Fred's a damn enigma. I follow him on IG and all he's ever postin' is trainin' pics, basic stuff about "hustlin' and gettin' that money," travelin' all over the damn place, and his land he's got. But there ain't ever anythin' consistent apart from trainin'. He'll go through phases, like a few months ago he was playin' baseball but long back he was pimpin' some NFTs and before that had Phase 42 merch. I ain't never seen his partner til this came up and I think I seen his kids on IG but he posts 'em so rarely idk if it's really his kids or just other family members. For a dude who's on social all the damn time, it really is crazy how I don't know jack about him personally other than he's a "hustler" and he gone prove the haters wrong. Mostly chalked this kinda stuff up to the fact that Fred don't seem to bright from what I gather but hopin' he comes out the other side of this 'cause I wanna like him.

I agree with a lot of your sentiments but don't presume he will be in trouble with the law again - That's a little unfair.

As far as I know he has never been arrested before. Maybe though that's just the result of being successful in resisting arrest for resisting arrest, unlike this incident where he was unsuccessful in resisting arrest for resisting arrest.

The Kirley situation resembles the Tyreek Hill case....2 thugs who hate cops deliberately provoke them and when the dust settles look to society to absolve them.

If the primary officer in the Tyreek Hill case did nothing wrong, then why was he put on administrative leave after the incident? Why has that same officer been suspended on multiple prior occasions?
