I think exercising your dog isn't abuse. Dogs love to run. If he didn't want to run, he would have just stopped. He's on a leash. It's not being beaten, shocked, or forced to chase the car. He is DRAGGING Spencer. The real abusive owners are the ones who never exercise their dog, feed them garbage, and allow them to become disgustingly fat.
