I have to say, I’m with Newname and DanM on this, but I don’t think they’re making good arguments here.

Here are the crimes Fauci committed:

- lying about the origin of COVID (gain of function research)

- lying about the transmissibility and seriousness of COVID

- fearmongering the public into locking down and engaging in months of quarantine, social distancing, and mask on wearing which were not only ineffective but completely wreaked havoc on the country’s economy and mental health

- lying about the effectiveness and safety of the vaccines

- shaming people into getting these unsafe vaccines as a public epidemiologist and abusing that good faith

This doesn’t even get into Fauci’s morally corrupt past before COVID and how he is a total puppet of Big Pharma:

Anything he has ever said regarding COVID has been a blatant falsehood. But here is one example regarding my very first point:

No, and I don’t think anyone here has ever said such a dramatic number. But you could easily have verified this beforehand by searching my posts on here, instead you decide to mudsling. The number is high but not that high. It has definitely impacted that many people though.

Since pardons are legal as a power granted to the President by the Constitution, this does not constitute placing someone "above the law." Every President does this, almost always on the basis of political alignment or patronage and not the merits of any case.

I’ll be damned. I don’t remember writing that. Score 1 for lame. My main gripe is that you people who staunchly believe that Fauci did nothing wrong and the vaccines is that you label everyone a conspiracy theorist instead of actually doing any sort of introspection and I rashly spoke out against that in my previous comment. I don’t think the vaccine has DIRECTLY killed 10 million, I do think it has killed many and given chronic long term health effects to a number that would total around 10 million.

Perhaps you think my credibility is low but that doesn’t change the fact that Fauci’s is as well and he’s a criminal. Do you care to respond to any of the other points I and others have made? Or do you just settle for attacking people over arguments

Love him or hate him, Anthony Fauci is absolutely brilliant in prevarication and parsing the meaning of words. He almost always adds additional comments to his replies that make the reply sound scholarly, but these phrases change the apparent meaning. He does this all the time, but he's so slick at it that most people never notice.

For example, it's pretty obvious that after Congress banned GOF research, Peter Daszak obtained funding from NIH to do GOF at WIV. In Congressional hearings, Fauci claims he didn't approve or fund GOF research at WIV. But that is misleading because Fauci redefines GOF differently in his comments and the funding didn't come from Fauci personally or from NIAID, it came from NIH. Fortunately, in a court of law, a good prosecuting attorney would give an analogy like the following to Fauci's replies.

Little Tony's mom comes into the kitchen and sees Little Tony and his brother with cookie crumbs on their hands and the cookies are missing.

She scolds, "Tony! Did you eat those cookies?"

Little Tony, "Mom, I didn't eat all those cookies!"

In fact, he didn't eat ALL the cookies. His brother ate some cookies, so Little Tony's claim... while true as narrowly stated... it is misleading because it does NOT answer the question that was asked!

If you go back and listen to hours of his testimony, it's stunning how good Anthony Fauci is at this. It's also stunning how bad our elected officials were at asking these questions, but that's a different subject.

So, the question becomes, "Does these prevarications rise to the level of perjury?"

The answer is clear. Yes, they do.

Perjury before Congress is the act of willfully making false, misleading, or dishonest statements under oath during testimony before a Congressional committee or subcommittee.

Maybe, just maybe, they’re ostracized in the media, silenced on social media, and litigated themselves for speaking out.

Maybe, just maybe you’re unaware of the trial in the Netherlands regarding Gates and Fauci taking place right now.

Maybe, just maybe, those speaking out against the sham are inherently at a disadvantage.

How many Americans have even died from all causes since the vaccine was rolled out? You’re basically saying every one of them is due to the vaccine or that the vaccine was contributory as of this most recent backpedal above. Truly insane. You qualify as “conspiracy theorist” for such a claim.

The primary reason so many people give Fauci the benefit of the doubt is because of the pro-Fauci media-blitz that the corporate media put on for him for years. Time magazine cover, interviews all the time, newspaper puff pieces, etc.

The pro-Fauci people don't even realize why they are supporting him - it's just been imprinted in their minds (just like BLM was, and Ukraine was, and Hamas was).

But every so often the veil is pierced:

1. The media saying Biden was "at the top of his game" and was sharper than anyone on his staff, etc. Ultimately that was a complete media lie that possibly cost Dems the presidency.

2. JD Vance is "weird". Then JD goes on a series of long-interview podcasts and comes off as the most normal, thoughtful, intelligent person ever.

3. Kalama was a 'joy' and the second coming of Obama. In reality: she didn't have a personality, couldn't think on her feet, and probably has/had a bit of a drinking problem.

How many times can the media fool you? Fauci is not a good guy. Dems...?
