Most states are at 99%, the few that are still counting are around 80% and will only have a few hundred thousand more, not many millions more
California still has 8.1 million votes that have not been tallied, of which, Harris will get 57-60% of. WA and OR also have substantial votes not tallied. In 2020 California did not complete their counting and report until Saturday. Your stupid conspiracy theories could easily be explained by having an IQ above room temperature.

Because of the 8.1 million in CA it will be close. Their heads will explode if it does and they will start with the claims of "ballot dumps" and other assorted BS. Let's apply the common sense and what we know of our own sport, athletics, to politics and civics;
it's reasonable to assume that some cheating happens. It's reasonable to assume that some orchestrated cheating happens, as in, by people higher up. Maybe state or federal officials, even.
it's reasonable that there is some hush hush, let's draw upon a suspect reserve of votes, with some plausible deniability.

In 2020 the used judges who used vivid to override election law so that they mail out ballots to everyone on the voter rolls.
Between 2020 and 2024 there were a number of lawsuits forcing states to purge their voter rolls. AND they couldn’t use Covid as an excuse to mail out ballots.
