Can someone explain the workout on day 10-“Around 4km of work at goal 800 pace. Sets usually around 800-1000m, with big breaks in between.” It reads like 5x800 at 800 race pace. That can’t be what it is. I’m curious what it looks like.
The key to this shedule is 110km per week.
5 paces stuff on top is nice as its not boring for the athlet.
What pace is that 30 minute continuous threshold?
Probably something like 5x4x200m. 30-60 seconds between reps and 5 minutes between sets. Tough workout but possible for a 1500m runner of her calibre.
