Dear LetsRun,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the data in this article are wrong! It looks like you've picked the fastest times that counted towards an Individuals Road to Paris ranking, but not their fastest times in the window, which in some cases are faster (slower performances sometimes counted as they carried higher placing points than their fastest times). For example, for Tatiane Raquel Da Silva (Women's steeplechase), you've listed her fastest time in the window as 9:41.29, but she ran 9:35.68 on 15 Jun in Nice. Because that performance was a third place in a Cat C event, it wasn't worth as many points as her slower performances at GL, A and B category events, which contributed to her Road to Paris score.
