It's ok....... now the mountain biking is where it is at. I moved here in 1999 and promptly stopped running.........but the mt. biking is to die for. So much more fun that running.
Everyone owes Weldon a big thanks for putting this place on the map on a large scale.

The whole NAU coaching path is interesting. It seems a lot of different philosophies have been through the program. I am curious what Smith adopted vs what he brought with him. I would be curious a synopsis of Mike Smith coaching philosophy, staple training and a sense of where it originated (I have heard he is willing to learn and adapt).
