But the whole situation is unfortunate. I believe that the runner(s) behind Athing were too close and that's why they tangled but hey, that's how they run these races. As others have said, she should've been at the front and perhaps she wasn't so confident about her fitness.
Watching her rip up her bib and storm off the track the other day was heartbreaking.
