Why not just contact the mod directly? Why post it here so the world can see you're a terrible leader and don't have documented processes and standards for your employees to follow?

If the OP's story is true, he should be wary of this woman. People who continuously and blatantly disregard social norms are usually bad news. Engaging in some of these behaviors once or twice may be thrilling and normal (violating taboos, etc.), but doing so regularly suggests that this peson has a problem. I'll go even further: healthy adult women rarely behave this way (i.e.- like a gay man in a bath house). There are sex-based differences in sexuality. Outliers can be healthy, but the behavior you describe is unusual for a man outside of very specific environments and extremely unusual for a woman. Trauma/personality disorder alert.

I've had women like this. Although it can be a lot of fun, it's not always fun when you're not in the mood and she's pressing to get that PDA. The thing is, these type of women are crazy, not ideal long term relationship material and just want the validation in public from a star man for herself as an ego stroke.
This. Women like this are genuinely not mentally well and will cause you a great really of harm if you try to have a real relationship with them or get very close to them. I'm sure the sex is awesome and fun, but it's not worth it. Don't want to be dramatic, but my advice to you and any man in this situation would be to quietly run from any woman like this. And do not kid yourself that she can get better or you can help/fix her. 99% of women like this are unsaveable trainwrecks that will never get any better and bring pain and chaos everywhere they go. Grey rock yourself and quietly back away.
