Yes, they happen all the time and we don't fully understand how they affect radio waves. You see, radio waves reflect off the ionosphere, which is energized more during normal sunlit daytime hours. Also, nobody understands the wavy snake shadows either that occur during a total eclipse. It is suggested it is some kind of optical diffraction happening between the moon and the earth's atmosphere.

Total BS. How do scientists not know all of this? you have satellites and sophisticated math models that have cost taxpayers literal trillions of dollars.
What take from your post is this is just fuel for nerd subsidies. Making the press think we need more “research” so you get dollars probably for the defense industry. Like how GPS is suddenly at risk. It’s not but let’s sound the alarm
