Damn CNBC. Just maybe TRY to broadcast the dang race? Awful ad break on the mixed relays. Not long enough splits for these crap ads.

Pretty boring course compared to last year.
Damn, Ella Donaghu crushed that second leg. Ran faster than the Kenyan leader (by 1 second) and took the U.S. from 8th to 3rd.
Y’all. I’m just excited I now know how to stop my sciatica pain at my knee and can solve my back pain with some copper. And I can pay CNBC subscriptions to learn how to be an entrepreneur and make it, and met this lovely guy named Jim who has a nifty investing club.
But does anyone know what’s happening in the relay?
Ha! Ethiopia’s anchor somehow lost one of her shoes at the exchange. She tried to fix it and then just took off without it.
Izzo has punted away a podium finish in the mixed relay … SMH
What even is the logic of putting Katie Izzo on a 2km leg? She's not a mid distance runner

Damn, Katie Izzo took the U.S. from 3rd back to 8th. No sugar-coating that, it was bad.
Kenya win with another big leg from Munguti, Ethiopia 2nd, Great Britain 3rd

And Izzo gave those 5 places back on the final leg.
FOGDOG!!!!!! HELL YEAH!!!!
Well good on the Foggdog and GB, but man Katie. Alas. I had hopes. Donaghu killed it though.

Waste of effort with Katie izzo’s last leg
Bronze for the Brits!!!! whooping the US ass too. What a day.
This post was removed.
Katie Izzo doing all this cross country racing leading into this and for that to be the anchor smh.
Weini who?
Really interested to see how Agnes Ngetich vs. Beatrice Chebet plays out. Chebet is the defending champ, a 14:05 runner on the track, the “proven” quantity—Ngetich has run that ridiculous 28:46 on the roads, and we’ll see how that translates to international comp.
Izzo broke her foot at the USA XC Championships two months ago. Considering that, I'm surprised she was selected to run this
Kelati looking amazing, LFG
