I don’t think the haters are devastated because it seems as if this is like a Rorschach test and people will see in it what they want to see or what they are predisposed to see. It doesn’t tell me much at all.

Rojo - I think a live stream would be great. Reaction to something special from Nico or fisher (calling special 26.50 for Nico or 26.40 for fisher given said was going to be conservative) - do it!!

PS. I asked Jonathan if the headline was too harsh as it wasn't a horrible run for him but it certainly wasn't an impressive run. I"d really have liked to have seen 3:36 or faster.

congrats Amanda Vestri making the Trials.. was a big fan of her at Syracuse, nice to see her still running.

He is a guy that can easily drop 5 seconds from his 1500m time in 6 weeks. Don't count him out yet. If he was running 348 I would say you could but plenty of time until the trials

Rojo, was listening to the pod today when you brought up the idea of doing a live reaction show, and the first thought in my head was DO A LIVE RACE COMPANION PODCAST! And then you said it, and i was like yes yes yes. and then JG poured cold water all over it.

I really think you guys should still consider it. Nobody is gonna be watching it for that price, and you could pretty much say everything you need to say DURING the race, and then continue to recap for maybe 10 to 15 minutes past the end of the race.

Anyway, if you guys don't do it tonight, it's something to consider in the future. Joe Rogan does these for UFC and awesome boxing cards, and they are fantastic.
