Noting his reference to first-class trips, annual cost is likely $50000-100k USD (at high end).
The doctor/lawyer comparison is about right, as many busy two-income households in that salary range will start to consider a level of domestic or business/admin assistance as a better spend than premium travel, especially young families.
If one of a busy couple has very high admin needs as an owner-operator (blue- or white-collar), partner in a firm, or doing well in sales (including real estate), then an admin. assistant becomes a fair option, and low cost services can be available via many low- and middle-income countries.
If you have a lot of travel and client meetings, and you don't personally have the IT infrastructure or knowhow to manage clients and CRM-type stuff, the value can be high.
Probably success in running (especially consistently and over the long term) does benefit more than most other pursuits from a higher level of personal ownership on nearly every front, and if the chef is there to make more exciting/tasty food more than nutrition that's ok, but this is a sport of sacrifice to some extent.
That said, we've all been there with heavy training loads leaving less energy to cook meals and so on (even as singles without full-time work), and probably the chef is better than resorting to pre-made food delivery, allowing that can bring sponsorships.
