Prove it? We will know Thursday if Valby is competing in SEC championship. The Gator's real goal is to win the NCAA championship. Winning vonference would be nice but not likely given Arkansas's depth. The Gators teams are built for Nationals with outstanding athletes in many events. Valby will run this weekend or she won't. My bet is she will.

Valby appears to be listed on the start list for the 3k, but she is in the slow heat for some reason. Maybe she is just going to pace a teammate?

Probably because she has no seed time from 2024. She split 9:02 during her 5000 record at BU which would make her the #3 seed. Hopefully there is something they can do.

Acc meet is on accnx while sec meet is on sec network + and big 12 on espn+ all streaming tho the acc and sec networks will have some sort of replay on Sunday or monday.

Yeah, seems crazy, doesn't it? I'm hoping that she gets put in the heat with Doris, Hilda, Sydney T, Flomena, etc.
While all of those listed in heat 1 will more than likely be a DNS, they're going to need to do something about those numbers. Perhaps run a 3rd heat or something. 53 in an outdoor 10K is OK most of the time but that many in an indoor 3K is crazy.
