Yes and no. Muslim Girls and boys are separated once they hit puberty. They sometimes don’t even walk down the same hallways. So they aren’t playing for some political reason or because they don’t like transgender. It’s because they cannot be around males. Let alone play sports with them. Address a muslim woman when her husband is next to her and you would think you slapped her. Different culture.

So what if your own preteen, teenage or adult daughter were to be perfectly happy sharing girls’ and women’s locker rooms and loos at school and sports facilities with males. So what if your own daughter and her friends were to say they are personally fine having males in the girls’ and women’s sports they participate in.
Even if your hypotetical daughter and her friends were all dyed-in-the-wool gender-identity ideologues who use the label "cisgender" - and they were all totally cool with male inclusion/intrusion in female sports and spaces - it still wouldn't mean that every other girl and women in all the schools that your daughter and her "cool girl" friends attend or visit, every athletic conference they'll ever be part of, and at every game, meet, gym, stadium, track, arena, spa, traning facility, etc that they go to in the course of their lives will also be fine with having to share women's loos and locker with males and having to go up against males in girls' and women's sports competition.
