Doubtful but impressive if true. I don't understand the pushback on somebody who says that people don't believe him regarding boys being faster than women. It happens all of the time. Many people believe that women are straight up as athletic as men.

What's astonishing to me about these stories is that it keeps happening in running, where performance is entirely objective. Like, I get how a guy could think he would crush any woman in 1-on-1 basketball. Until you actually play that game, you don't really know how good people are, and women don't normally play against men. But running...I mean, the times are all out there in black and white. You should know that elite collegian females are better than 99% of males. And if you don't, it takes about 10 seconds on your phone to figure it out.
I think the problem is that 99% of people just don't have any point of reference for how fast track athletes are. Like your average athletic guy has no clue what a good time for any real track event so they could easily see women running and think "hey I'm the fastest in flag football league, I bet I'd be like Olympic level if I was a chick!" That's just the sad state of people's general awareness of track.
I think it's the same as when some men think they can win a point off Serena Williams. They think it's only a point and they've seen her make double faults and unforced errors. But she wouldn't be double faulting against them cause she wouldn't be trying to serve hard. And just an easy return from her would be a winner so she needn't make any errors.

Gee. I don't know. We are talking about it and people are commenting about tennis players and other female athketes being better than men. There are always a handful of posts asking if Shaq could beat Tom Brady in the 400 ot if Dnald Trump could beat Hillary Clinton in the mile. It is an endless conversation with no start or stop.

The comment was specifically about the “dad” and his “son” and his “friends” tall tale on this thread being mocked. I am well aware on anonymous social media that people will make all kinds of ludicrous comparisons/claims.
