I doubt guys with all the money in the world and access to the best "anti-aging" doctors around, limit themselves to just TRT. Zuck has gyno now. Bezos looks silly. If it's just for vanity, I couldn't care less, but TRT is still a PED. If Tiger just brought his T back to "normal" levels and he's lifted his whole career like some posters claim, then why is he suddenly more jacked than he ever was before.
Tiger Woods is back playing golf again and in the recent photos of him compared to the last 20+ years, it is clear to me he is doped on steroids. Just check the video out in the PGA link below. Those are roided up arms and chest. Tiger Woods never had a chest or biceps before in 2 decades.
The least surprising thing is that an incredibly obsessive self-absorbed athlete would take advantage of everything he could do to succeed at his sport. What would really surprise me if if he didn't choose to do that.

This is false. Cage match between a pro golfer and an NFL linebacker would be over in ten seconds if the linebacker could catch the golfer trying to escape.
When Tiger started dominating in the mid to late 90s, he was looked quite thin, but by the early to mid 2000s, he had put on a lot of muscle. I think one of the ways he changed gold was to inspire more of his competitors to do more strength work. He still looked leaner than today, but that is normal. I am 52 and have been lifting for over 30 years and I am a bit bulkier than I was in my late 20s and early 30s, though I could lift more then due to having more power and fewer joint and tendon pains. I also have a puffier looking face. There are plenty of guys who can get a build like Tiger has without PEDs. He is also a world class athlete, while most of us are not, which probably helps. It's when they have the tone of a Dwayne Johnson or Hugh Jackman that it is more likely that they are not natural. I am not going to speculate on whether or not Tiger is taking prohibited drugs, but the video is definitely not evidence of it.
It's just TRT. Very popular among a certain set of older rich guys. Look at Greg Norman, Jeff Bezos, and many more. Thing is, it works, and really does improve quality of life. You can always tell who's doing it. You don't have to get big and jacked using it, but the type of people who go on it typically are the types who always wanted to be jacked but didn't have the genetics/time for it.
PGA tour has drug testing, but I doubt Tiger would have been tested when he was recovering from his car crash. And given how bad the accident was, I am sure he was prescribed steroids to help with pain and aid in recovery for his legs and back. So, he can get a side benefit of being able to put on a bunch of muscle during that recovery.
Tiger is obsessive compulsive about training and would text JT and other friends at 4 am to let them know he was in the gym lifting while they were sleeping. Tiger definitely would be able to put on muscle if he wanted to, even at 47. But I will admit that he is pretty huge right now and probably jacked up to compensate for the lack of power from his mangled legs. And it may also be a strategy to minimize torque on his back.
Being jacked like that is not that much of an advantage in golf. Bryson actually gave up on being all jacked up and lost a bunch of weight to get his swing under control. Brooks Koepka nearly ended his career smashing up his wrist. The longest players on the tour are generally tall and pretty lean. Cameron Champ, Ludvig Aberg, Peter Kuest, etc. are strong guys, but are not at all jacked like Tiger is.

Since Tiger Woods is obviously a doped and has connections to dirty doctors, why is he not permanently banned from all sports? Is it because he is a token black man in the all white sport of golf?

No athlete is banned without failing a drug test, the biopassport or whereabouts rules. He apparently has done none of the above.

He had five drugs in his system in the toxicology report after the accident. Two of five were banned. He's been linked to HGH and steroids in the past as well but I was unable to find evidence of that being the case other than the eye test.
A toxicology report released Monday showed Vicodin, Dilaudid, Xanax, Ambien and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) in Tiger Woods ' system following his arrest in May on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to ESPN...
Driving averages among golf pros have risen from 256 to nearly 300 in recent years, and where John Daly started hitting over 300 to lead the tour on many occasions, Rory McIlroy hit 326 in 2023. To what extent the difference is due to weight training, doping, and/or technology remains a question.
"But it’s Tiger Woods who’s often credited with revolutionizing the sport’s attitude towards the gym. Aged 24, Woods said his daily routine would involve a four-mile run, a weightlifting workout, several hours of hitting balls and putting practice, another four-mile run, then an evening playing basketball or tennis if he fancied it."

Armstrong never failed a drug test. A USADA investigation got his team mates to admit they all were doing drugs, and Lance chose not to fight the charge.
I'm 54 and my t levels aren't cratering at all. It's not hard for some people to put on decent amounts of muscle; I stopped distance running earlier this year, started lifting weights and eight months later I look like a football player rather than a skinny distance guy. I'm more of a fast-twitch guy and should have been sprinting the past ten years instead of messing around with distance stuff anyway.
Point being that just because the *averages* say that t levels start dropping at a certain age, not everyone's do.
