My dad just ran a 1:47 half at 73!

Wait......your Dad ran a 1:47 half? Like 800m? Did he go out in 52 and come back in 55? That's gotta be an age group record. Will he move up to the 1500m and give that a shot?

That list is impressive! I also looked at the 5/10k times and they are even more impressive, especially the 10k times. Are these times only from certified courses?
