The difference between a 1:04:50 and 1:04:00 runner is much less than that between a 4:59 and 4:06 runner so not a great comparison lol

Ryan Hall calls himself a sub 205 marathoner - even though he just barely made it with a 2:04:58, on a downhill course, point to point with a huge tailwind in which the winner Mutai set a then, world record** of 2:03:02. So...just call it a sub 105 half and you're good. If your HM was on some crazy downhill then it's your conscience you have to live with.
