I like Jonathon Gaults questions to Kiptum in the post race press conference. He asked him if he ever got tired or pain in a marathon and he answered no. Just is hard to believe someone could finish a marathon that fresh...
Sorry but it's hard to view this individual without a very heavy dose of skepticism. I don't care what times he runs, he could run a 1:50 marathon, and I will think of him in the same light I did Russian/East German athletes of the 70's and 80's and Chinese runners of the 90's.................. and many Kenyan runner currently! It;s like he woke up one day, never won anything on the track, but rolled out of bed and started running sub 2:02 marathons. OK right #Rhonex Kipruto is who he reminds me of!
I have my doubts but regardless you don't run a sub 2:01 marathon simply by popping pills. The talent and dedication is real regardless and this is just a ridiculous extension of the limits of our species, no complaints from me
Of course you don't run a marathon sub 2:01 simply by popping pills. We don't. But Kelvin Kiptum does.

No doubt the new king of the marathon has arrived. This guy is just unbelievably good. I know most will be talking about doping but we know doping is and will be around forever. Doped or not this man is very special. Rupp has been in the doping world with his partner Mo they could never ever got to this level. This man was born for the distance period. I hope he runs Berlin and we will see the first sub 2 hr marathon on a official race.
Very predictable lol and this soon without a doubt the GOAT. I was analyzing his form he tends to rock a bit too much imagine him running with Kipchoge’s form maybe 1:58 lol

He would be nowhere near as special without the dope. No one is.

I don't think most (non trolls) think he isn't a ridiculously talented young runner, but you can be really talented and dope to be even better
4) Kelvin has this very unorthodox but elegant biomechanical technique in which runs like a loss-less pendulum that could go on forever. Loss-less systems are over unity efficient systems.

What in the flying F are you talking about? Lol
He's effectively describing doping but doesn't realise it.
The less time you are out on the course the less pain you feel. If you take less time to run longer distance you must have increased your efficiency by a lot and this efficiency itself would be natural protection against any sort of pain and fatigue. With Kelvin, I think his efficiency seems founded on some ability to run like a pendulum in vacuum or absolute zero temperature.
Is it possible that Kiptum has more in common with Courtney Dauwalter than Eliud Kipchoge? Neither KK or CD has anything to do with the track and both seem uniquely suited, on multiple levels, to their respective events.
Well how could I be envy-ing a now proven slower marathon in Kipchoge and also slower 5k runner as Kipyegon? If I were in my right mind as an envy-er I should be envy-ing Kelvin and dishing 'hate' on him rather? But instead I'm saying all the good things about him? Doesn't make any sense right?

You haven't seen or handled a pendulum have you? Have you seen a pendulum in close to vacuum or close to absolute zero temperature? It oscillates forever with very little loss in motion or energy. But a pendulum is too big in mass and if we could use a subatomic particle and send it into oscillation then it could sometimes oscillate with greater energy than it was supposed to just by leveraging energy from the zero-point field.
