I don't see any difference between this and running in a banana suit.
If you want to run fast - don't wear a banana suit = don't be 190lbs.
The difference is 90% of males would kill to look like Nick Bare, not dress up in a bannana suit. The fact that distance running is one of only a handful of sports where to succeed you have to look weaker than the average man in the street, is its worst aspect.
Well, then 90% of males are insecure as f*ck, and are happy to be mediocre, so long as they look buff while doing it.
Is this the kind of attitude that deserves respect?
This guy looks a lot heavier than Nick Bare and was on pace for 2:57:30 through 23 miles before he got very bad cramps. Ended up finishing in 3:06. Doesn't look like he takes any "supplements" either.
