Warholm split 20.8 in an indoor 400m and is always fast out of the blocks. He also ran under 10.5 as a teenager so I would be shocked if he wasn’t 10.3 or faster.

Since they both jump over stuff, they should actually do a 110m hurdles, with the hurdle height somewhere in between what they both are used to.
Set them at about 1.5 meters and let Mondo bring a stick if he wants.
