OP let me tell you the truth. Those times are D2 times or Ivy league. The rest of the schools have no need to respond to you with any urgency because you are not a high level recruit for them. This is not a knock, but a rare glimpse into reality. When meets like Oxy and Azusa and Arcadia have double digit sub 9 minute runners, you can see where 9:19 is not making a coach rush to respond. Also, do not poo poo the responses you did receive, it is disrespectful and foolhardy. Those are 2 schools families wish would call them, take advantage and pursue them vigorously! So many kids pass us their blessings with unrealistic D1 dreams that it is tragic. Be realistic, use that gpa to your advantage and stop waiting for responses you have not received while ignoring the ones that you have.
Lol, I did say in my response to the OP: "Real Talk," and show you why your times are not much of an attention-getter.
First post smarminess aside, Billy Madison is correct. But hey OP, Eff around and find out...
And D2 schools pay too. And remember, it is about the package. Do not be picky where the money to get you there comes from. Find a coach that really wants you, and they will work with the administration to scare up money from various pieces of the school. I knew of a State champ that got an 85% athletic from a mid tier mid-western school, and by the time they reported for their first day, the athletic staff hooked up the rest via some academic pool of money. It is about the package, not where the money comes from, and you have the grades to be able to lay claim to academic aid.
