    Naps are good. Keep you sharp for more hours per day.

    Also, Jim Ryun, after his 1500 WR, talked about training at altitude prior to the run, preparing for Mexico City for the next year. Then he came to L.A. for the race and slept and slept. He blew Kip Keino offa the track and crushed the WR by 2.5 seconds. Sleep!

    Ethiopian food is sensational. Simply the best cuisine in the world. It Is even better than Indian food.
